A few words about Us

Hello!

We are Laura, Francesca and Caterina, three Italian girls based in London, and faces behind My Little Sous-Chef.

The idea for My Little Sous-Chef came to our mind on a summer evening, while discussing various things, including food, our childhood and our Italian heritage. We all had, when little, cooked with our mums, dads or grandmas and been given a kids’ cookbook as a present but we realised that we had never seen a children’s cookbook that focused on the interaction between adults and kids in the kitchen. So we decided to do it ourselves!

Caterina Falqui

studied foreign languages in Milan and then moved to London to attend a MA in Publishing. She now works in a publishing house in Central London and writes a bilingual blog about her experience in the UK called Bilinguismi.

Francesca Grassi

is an interior designer with experience in graphic design as well. She studied Interior Design at Politecnico University, in Milan and after working for 5 years in a multidisciplinary studio in Italy she moved to London to expand her horizons and found the design company Ink Inch Design.

Laura Pantaleone

studied Product Design at NABA, in Milan, and then moved to London where she gained experience in graphic and product design. She collaborated with 3D printing company MyMiniFactory and worked as a freelance in various projects. She now works full time for Ink Inch Design, which she founded with Francesca.
